Q: How long does shipping take for exotic snacks and drinks?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Most domestic USPS Ground orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. You can always opt for the USPS Priority mail which arrives in 1-3 business days.

P.S. We have no control over shipping times once the package is in the hands of the delivery service hands.
Q: Are your exotic snacks safe for people with allergies?

Many of our international products contain common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. Please review individual product descriptions carefully, and feel free to contact us with specific allergen questions before ordering.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Order changes and cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing on snacks and drinks?

Yes! We love working with retailers, smoke shops, Street Vendors and event planners. Reach out through our contact form and mention "wholesale inquiry" in your message.

To buy wholesale we only require two things:
1) Seller's Permit
2) Min. $500 order
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Q: Do exotic snacks and drinks from overseas expire faster than domestic products?

Not necessarily!
Most international snacks and drinks have a similar shelf life to domestic products typically 6 to 18 months. At Epup Exotics, we carefully source and rotate our inventory to ensure every product we ship is fresh and well within its expiration date. We never ship products with fewer than 60 days remaining before expiration.
Q: What's the difference between "Best By," "Use By," and "Expiration Date" on snack packaging?

These terms have different meanings and it's important to know the difference:

  • Best By / Best Before — The product is at its peak quality before this date, but is generally still safe to eat shortly after.
  • Use By — This is a stricter date, most commonly found on perishable or dairy-based products. It's recommended not to consume the product after this date.
  • Expiration Date — Similar to "Use By." The manufacturer does not guarantee quality or safety beyond this date.


Most exotic chips, candies, and cookies use a "Best By" date, meaning they're still enjoyable for a short window after the printed date if stored properly.
Q: Will exotic snacks have English ingredient labels?

Some international products include English translations on their packaging, while others may only have labels in their country of origin's language. At Epup Exotics, our products include translated ingredient information and allergen warnings so you always know what's inside before you consume.
Q: What is the difference between a manufacture date and an expiration date on exotic snacks?

These are two very different dates and it's easy to confuse them — especially on international packaging where both may appear together. Here's what each one means:

  • Manufacture Date This is the date the product was made or packaged at the factory. It does NOT mean the product expires on or near that date. A manufacture date simply tells you how long the product has been in existence. A snack manufactured 6 months ago can still be completely fresh if its expiration date is months away.
  • Expiration / Best by Date This is the date the manufacturer guarantees the product is at its best quality and safe to consume by. This is the date you should always check before eating a product.

A real-world example:
A bag of Japanese chips may show:

  • MFG: 2024.09.01 — manufactured September 1, 2024
  • EXP: 2025.03.01 — best consumed by March 1, 2025

This means the product has a 6-month shelf life and is perfectly fresh anywhere between those two dates. Seeing an older manufacture date does NOT mean a product is expired or unsafe always look for the expiration date first.
